Testimonials
-
"The best thing is the significant increase in our emails to residents being opened due to the targeted email lists we can utilize, and improved email address quality. The transition was incredibly smooth, and Neighborhood Publications has been very responsive. We'll also be saving money every year by not paying website licensing fees." Heather Laude, Hampton Golf Clubs - Director of Communications

"Neighborhood Publications has been a fantastic company to work with. They customized our community website for St. Johns Forest and ensured that the site met our needs. St. Johns Forest residents instantly provided positive feedback in response to the website launching in 2010. Having a community website has drastically improved programming participation for 2011, communication with residents, prospective resident interest, and allows us to provide the community with up to the minute information. Neighborhood Publications continues to work with us on a weekly basis to make improvements and add new features to our customized website." Cortnie Yeoman, St. Johns Forest - Amenity Director

Printed Directories
Our company began by fulfilling a need for local communities to have a personalized directory that was geared towards their specific neighborhood. Our original publication covered just a few local communities in Clay County near Jacksonville, FL.
Over the years we have improved upon our original product by enhancing the look of the publications, providing more information to the residents about their community, and connecting with more local businesses categorized by their type of industry. This has led us to increase the amount of neighborhoods that we work with to 20 in Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties.
